Each message you send counts as one. Your agent's replies don't count against your limit. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are prorated to the next billing cycle.
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. Cancel any time with no penalties. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
