What are Standard, Advanced, and Flagship models?
Three tiers of AI quality. Standard handles everyday chat and memory; Advanced reasons better on complex tasks; Flagship is our top-quality model for the most demanding work. Pro and Max both run on Flagship — Max additionally gets Coding mode (a code-tuned model) you can engage on demand with /mode.
What is a credit?
Credits are the single unit ClawBot bills in. Everything your assistant does for you — chat, image generation, tool calls, and scheduled jobs — draws credits based on the real work done. Your plan's allotment refreshes each billing period and unused credits don't roll over. Your plan credits power your personal assistant only; each hired crew agent brings its own separate 1,500-credit monthly budget.
What's the difference between my plan and a crew agent?
Your plan is your personal assistant — one AI that chats, remembers, connects to your tools, and runs your scheduled jobs, powered by your plan's monthly credits (150–2,000 depending on tier). A crew agent is a specialist you hire on top — for example the Trading, Research, or Content agent — at $29/mo each. Every hired agent comes with its own 1,500 credits/mo budget, fully separate from your plan credits: a busy specialist never drains your assistant, and your assistant never drains a specialist. Hiring requires any paid plan (Starter and up), and you can try any agent free for 5 days with 500 trial credits (once per agent).
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
The best value is usually upgrading your plan — each tier is priced at the same rate per credit and also unlocks better models and features. On the Max plan you can additionally buy a one-time Top-Up ($10 for +500 credits) or opt into the monthly Booster ($20/mo for +1,200 credits every month). Each hired crew agent has its own Top-Up and Booster too. Top-up and booster credits raise your limit for the current billing month and expire when it ends — like your monthly credits, they don't roll over.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are prorated to the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. Cancel any time with no penalties. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do crew agents share memory across the team?
Each crew agent has its own persistent memory scoped to its role (e.g., your writing agent remembers your tone; your trading agent remembers your strategy). Your main assistant coordinates them when a task spans multiple roles.
What does "persistent memory" actually mean?
ClawBot writes a small record every time it learns something durable about you — a preference, a correction, an ongoing project, a reference link. On every future conversation it loads the relevant records as context. You own the records and can read, edit, or delete them.
