What is ClawBot?

ClawBot is your personal AI assistant that connects to your apps and services. It manages your email, calendar, meetings, and more — all through a simple chat interface. Available on iOS, Android, and web.

How do I create an account?

Download the ClawBot app or visit clawbot-ai.app. Sign up with Google, Apple, or email. Your AI agent is ready immediately after signup.

How do I connect Zoom?

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in the ClawBot app
2. Click Connect next to Zoom
3. Sign in to your Zoom account and authorize ClawBot
4. That's it! ClawBot will automatically summarize your meetings

What does ClawBot do with my Zoom data?

After each meeting, ClawBot receives a notification from Zoom and generates an AI-powered summary including:

• Key discussion points — what was talked about
• Action items — what needs to be done
• Decisions made — what was agreed upon

Your meeting data is encrypted and stored only in your private account. No data is shared with other users or third parties.

How do I disconnect Zoom?

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect next to Zoom. Your stored meeting summaries will remain in your account unless you delete them. ClawBot will immediately stop receiving new meeting data.

What Zoom permissions does ClawBot need?

ClawBot requests the minimum permissions needed:

• Meeting recordings — to access cloud recordings for summarization
• User profile (read-only) — to identify your account

ClawBot cannot start, join, or modify your meetings. It only reads completed meeting data.

How do I connect Gmail?

Go to Settings → Integrations, click Connect next to Gmail, and sign in with your Google account. ClawBot will start providing email summaries and smart replies.

What Gmail data does ClawBot access?

ClawBot reads your email metadata (subject, sender, date) and content to generate summaries. It can draft replies on your behalf, but never sends anything without your approval.

My integration isn't connecting

• Make sure you're signed in to ClawBot first
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
• Check that pop-ups aren't blocked in your browser
• If the issue persists, contact us at support@clawbot-ai.app

I'm not getting Zoom meeting summaries

• Make sure cloud recording is enabled in your Zoom settings
• Summaries are generated after the meeting ends and the recording is processed
• Check that Zoom is still connected in Settings → Integrations
• Meetings must be hosted by you (not meetings you only attended)

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly in the ClawBot app. Tap your profile icon, then select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account, conversations, memories, and all associated data. You can also contact us at support@clawbot-ai.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 30 days.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your data is stored in your private account on Google Cloud Firestore and is only accessible to you. We never sell your data. See our full Privacy Policy.

Can other users see my data?

No. Each user's data is completely isolated. Other users cannot access your meeting summaries, emails, or any other information in your account.
