AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS: We are Soul AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in California, USA. We operate ClawBot, including our mobile application, website, and any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").
1. Acceptance of Terms
Prototype / Beta Notice: ClawBot is an evolving product and may be in a prototyping or beta phase. Features may change, break, or be removed, and there is an increased risk of service interruptions, unexpected behavior, or data exposure. We continuously improve security and safety, but we cannot guarantee the Services will be error-free or fully secure at all times. Use the Services only if you understand and accept these risks.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ClawBot's mobile application and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our application or services.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Description of Services
ClawBot provides a personal AI assistant mobile application that includes:
Core Services:
- AI Chat: Real-time AI conversations with markdown rendering, voice input, and chat history
- Memory Bank: Import and manage past conversations for persistent AI memory
- Task Automation: Schedule recurring tasks and jobs using natural language
- Smart Skills: Toggle modular agent capabilities and plug-and-play features
- Account Management: Secure authentication and profile management via Firebase
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Conduct
When using our application and services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the AI assistant for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or circumvent our AI systems
- Exceed usage limits or attempt to abuse the service
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
4. User Registration and Accounts
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account. You represent and warrant that all registration information will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you are not under the age of 13.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI CONTENT DISCLAIMER: ClawBot utilizes artificial intelligence to generate responses, suggestions, and automated task outputs. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice
- Automated tasks execute based on AI interpretation and may produce unexpected results
- You are responsible for all actions taken based on AI-generated content
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the ClawBot application and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Soul AI LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of your chat messages, imported conversations, and task configurations. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our systems as necessary to provide our services.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our application and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy at privacy.html.
8. Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOUL AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
AI AND AUTOMATION LIABILITY: SOUL AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate AI-generated responses
- Actions taken based on AI suggestions or automated task outputs
- Loss or corruption of chat history, memory data, or task configurations
- Scheduled tasks that fail to execute or produce unexpected results
- Third-party AI service failures or data handling
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: SOUL AI LLC'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soul AI LLC from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these terms, or any actions taken based on AI-generated content or automated tasks.
10. Third-Party Services
ClawBot integrates with third-party services including AI providers and Firebase. Your use of these services through our platform is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or discontinuation of third-party services.
11. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, consistent AI response quality, or compatibility with all devices.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
AS-IS SERVICE: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Beta Testing Terms
ClawBot may be in beta testing. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- The service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
- There may be an increased risk of unintended disclosure of information due to defects or third-party dependencies
- AI responses may produce inconsistent or unexpected results
- Features and limitations may change without notice
- Data loss or service interruptions may occur
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to deny access to the Services to any person for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and all associated data.
17. Company and Limitation of Personal Liability
ClawBot is offered by Soul AI LLC. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will be brought against Soul AI LLC, and not against any of its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, or agents in their individual capacities.
